Privacy Policy

How xTrack collects, uses, and protects the information needed to provide your training experience.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how xTrack LLC (“xTrack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the xTrack application, the xTrack website, and related services.

xTrack uses account and training information to operate the product, save your workouts, and provide personalized training metrics, insights, and recommendations. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use.

Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on the features you use and the information you choose to provide.

Account information

We process account identifiers, username, and email address. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the Apple account identifier and any name or email information Apple makes available according to your Apple settings. This may include an Apple private relay email address.

Training and preference information

xTrack processes the training information you enter, create, or save, including:

  • workout dates, exercises, sets, repetitions, load or weight, duration, distance, effort ratings such as RPE, and workout notes;
  • custom exercises, workout history, and derived training metrics;
  • unit, training style, goal, experience level, and weekly-workout preferences; and
  • body weight and body-weight history when you voluntarily enter that information.

Technical, diagnostic, and support information

We process authentication and service-request logs, application events, error details, and operational or performance information used to run and troubleshoot xTrack. If you contact support, we receive your message and any information you choose to include. The in-app support flow may add the app version, device model, and operating-system version to help diagnose a problem.

The current xTrack website code does not use advertising cookies or browser analytics.

Subscription information

We receive subscription and purchase information needed to provide Premium access. This may include an app-user identifier, Apple transaction or receipt-related identifiers, product identifiers, purchase and renewal status, trial or introductory-offer status, expiration information, and RevenueCat entitlement status. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

Notifications

If you enable workout or subscription reminders, xTrack uses notification permissions and settings on your device to schedule local notifications. You can change these choices in xTrack or in your device settings.

Apple and RevenueCat Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment using the payment method associated with your Apple Account. Billing, renewals, cancellations, payment-method management, and refund requests are generally handled through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple’s policies.

xTrack uses RevenueCat to offer purchases and manage subscription status and Premium entitlements. For those purposes, RevenueCat may process app-user identifiers, Apple receipt and transaction information, product information, purchase history, entitlement status, and related subscription events.

You can learn more in Apple’s Privacy Policy and the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • create accounts, authenticate users, and maintain account access;
  • save, retrieve, synchronize, copy, and delete workouts and settings;
  • calculate training load, performance trends, scores, summaries, and other training metrics;
  • generate personalized training insights and recommendations based on recent workouts and preferences;
  • manage purchases, restores, subscription status, and Premium access;
  • respond to support requests and troubleshoot errors or service problems;
  • maintain, monitor, improve, and protect the service, including responding to abuse or unauthorized access; and
  • comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Training Insights and Automated Processing

xTrack analyzes workout history, effort, load, volume, exercise information, and training preferences using rules, calculations, scoring systems, and other automated processing. This processing produces metrics, trends, suggested sets, workload context, and training recommendations.

How Information Is Shared

We share information only as described in this Policy, including with service providers that process information to perform services for xTrack.

  • Apple, for Sign in with Apple, App Store distribution, purchases, billing, subscription management, and refunds.
  • RevenueCat, for purchase processing support, subscription status, purchase restoration, and Premium entitlement management.
  • Amazon Web Services, including services used for authentication, application infrastructure, data storage, API processing, and operational logging.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect rights, safety, and the service, or investigate misuse. Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable law.

We Do Not Sell Personal Information

This does not prevent xTrack from using service providers that need limited information to operate the services described above.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, and protect xTrack, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is processed; we do not apply one fixed period to every category.

The supported account-deletion process is designed to delete xTrack’s account record and associated application data, except for information that must be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Your Choices and Account Deletion

  • Account and training information: You can update settings, preferences, body weight, workouts, and other training information through the relevant features in xTrack.
  • Notifications: You can change xTrack reminder settings in the app and notification permissions in your device settings.
  • Subscriptions: In xTrack, go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription, or use your Apple Account subscription settings, to manage or cancel an App Store subscription.
  • Account deletion: In xTrack, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm the request. The supported flow initiates deletion of the account and associated workouts, settings, and application history.

Data Security

xTrack uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information and maintain the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

xTrack is not intended for children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to xTrack, contact us so we can review the matter.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as xTrack or its practices change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice through the app, website, or another appropriate channel when a change is material.
